VMwareWorld 2021 Conference – summary

This year, together with our technological partner Vmware and our customers, we met in Hard Rock Cafe in Warsaw to watch annual live #VMWorld broadcast.

The Event, during which miltiple projects and innovative solutions were presented, was dedicated to computing clouds and digital infrastructure. During two days (for EMEA region) and over 800 technical sessions including practicians, market experts from all over the world, VMware management team and customers, participants could experience an interesting approach to technological support for their business.

New VMware projects and products backing the digital transformation were shown during the opening presentation. The company showed a strategy of support for the customers who use cloud solutions. Such strategy is meant to make the transition to the cloud and managing the hybrid model (VMware Cross-Cloud) in the future easier.

A lot of attention was put into the whole portfolio of services and tools connected to VMware Tanzu – microservices and containerization app. Tanzu Application Platform was mentioned as a tool meant to help companies at developing new applications thanks to its rapid development.

Project Arctic is a next evolution of vSphere. It allows VMware to implement hybrid cloud for every orgainsation and share VMware Cross-Cloud through vCenter for millions of arministrators.

Speakers salso told about other innovations brought to VMware Cloud using: Project Capitola, Cascade or Ensemble.

We are thankful for this interesting time spent together which gave us a dose of technological knowledge that can be used to implement more and more innovative projects for our customers.
