Accor Hotels is the largest international hotel group in the world, operating in 110 countries, managing five thousand luxury and economy class hotels of almost 40 brands. First of all, a customer needed quick implementation of the first line of IT support Service Desk, working non-stop, 24/7. Effective and quick response for the service requests was the key. Another part of the project was unification of a location and environment structure and making the customer service proces more elastic. Our engineers also implemented a solution based on Veem Backup & Replication™ technology, which provided availability of all cloud, vitrual and phisical loads. This solution complies with the highest standards of backups creation and lowers the complexity level compared to the traditional backup tools.
