IT Solution Factor with Lenovo authorisation

We are delighted to announce that our company has been awarded Lenovo Authorised Service Provider 2025 status. This means that we are an official Lenovo partner for the provision of warranty services for the manufacturer's end devices.

This is an important step in the development of IT Solution Factor and the Field Support business line, which specialises in end-user equipment maintenance services. We provide these services at our service centre in Raszyn, where our team of qualified and certified engineers works. We meet the highest standards confirmed by ISO and CompTIA certificates and have modern equipment at our disposal to provide these services. We also have a warehouse with over 150,000 parts on site, which allows us to quickly carry out necessary repairs and maintenance.

Our offer includes, among others, Break & Fix repairs with a 24/7/365 response time, which allows us to prevent business downtime regardless of when problems occur. We provide services in this area to the largest institutions and companies in the public and private sectors, both in Poland and Europe.
