6th anniversary of IT Solution Factor

This year we are celebrating our 6th anniversary, and as befits a real birthday, we couldn't do without a birthday party!

During the official part of the event, we had the opportunity to meet a very special guest, Mr Krzysztof Wielicki, one of the most outstanding Himalayan climbers, who was the fifth person in the world to conquer the Himalayan Crown – 14 mountains over 8,000 m high. Mr Wielicki shared his experience of climbing the highest peaks on Earth with us, talking about his passion, motivation and pursuit of his goals. We were able to translate his challenges into those we face every day, only in a more favourable environment. The lecture emphasised that three things are most important: people, goals and resetting – just like at ITSF.

After this unique meeting, there was a ceremony to present statuettes to employees who have been with us for over 5 years. This tradition was started on our 5th anniversary, and every year several new people join this group. We appreciate their loyalty and are happy that together we are creating such a friendly and long-term workplace. After the official part, we celebrated until dawn… after all, you only have a birthday once a year!
