Business specialized areas - key achievements 

• IT Integration - providing technical support for customers of one of the largest software providers in the world  
• Security & Business Continuity - expansion of product portfolio with monitoring services, IT systems and infrastructure threat detection and security analysis in the Security Operations Center (SOC) model  
• Service Desk - optimization of the customer service process by launching a chatBOT and extension of IT support services for the customer's branches located in United Kingdom, Belgium and Holland 
• Field Support - intensive development of contracts in order to guarantee the continuity of operation of IT systems  - an increase by 100% y/y in 2020 
• Data Center Support - dynamic development of the projects contributed to changing a location of the main warehouse, which now covers the area of several hundred square meters and is equipped with the latest security solutions to ensure its safety. 

2020 in numbers  

• Our company reached its 4th year in business!  
• Our team has grown to 66 people as a result of a dynamic growth of employment in our company! 
• Our revenues have reached 72 million PLN   
• Last year we executed 181 contracts which led us to the 500th contract in our history 
• We recieved 80 technological and quality certificates, and the total number of them has raised to over 370!   
• We have acquired 20 new clients, which resulted in new projects for 92 companies and institutions  
• We increased our stock to 15 thousand service parts
