Economy graduate from Warsaw University of Life Science, actively involved in IT industry for many years. Previously, Kacper Konopiński was responsible for sales in big IT companies such as Qumak S.A and IT.expert. He successfully changes sales targets into projects. In IT Solution Factor he is in charge of finances, development and strategies as well as project implementation.

Vice President

Computer networks graduate of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. Over the years, he has worked various positions in management and architecture of IT systems and developed of IT systems in the automotive industry in Germany and Russia. In 2014, he joined VMware as a senior sales support engineer, and 3 years later became head of the sales support engineering team for the Central European region. At ITSF, he is responsible for the company's growth in the technology area, strategic consulting and IT transformation projects. He also oversees the company’s business Continuity and IT area.
