Another ISO certificate of quality for ITSF
We are proud to announce that we recieved an another ISO certificate of quality:
ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 This certificate is a confirmation that we meet the standards which are necessary to conduct designing, production, implementation and maintenance of IT systems, IT outsourcing and also software, computers and computer components trade. ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 is compatible with the newest IT services management standard IT (ITSMS) ISO/IEC 20000-1 which allowes the organisation to prove that it complies with the best practices of internal and external subjects and services management in order to meet the needs of the comapany and its customers. It also allowes an organisation to constantly improve its IT services and comply with ITIL® best practices. Recently we also achieved an Environmental Management System Certificate compatible with ISO 14001 standard and Information Security Management System Certificate compatible with ISO/IEC 27001. Since 2020 we have a quality management system compatible with ISO 9001 standards in the full spectrum of our activity. We also renewed our Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certificate which allowes us to provide the highest level of safety in terms of processing the data of payment card holders.
