An active participation of ITSF in ManageEnginge Forum 2019

ManageEngine Forum 2019 conference took place yesterday in Poznań. During the event Artur Ziemiński presented a case study of ServiceDesk Plus MSP solution. In IT Solution Factor we use this system to support our clients within hundreds of tech support contracts in Poland and the CEE region. It’s worth mentioning that due to the producer’s highly flexible approach to product development clients and users can influence the development of the software functionality. In result, they can create a vision of future ManageEngine solutions.
